Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Dental Billing Assist website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Dental Billing Assist provides dental billing, revenue cycle management, insurance verification, claims submission, denial management, and related services to dental practices. Specific service terms, pricing, and scope are outlined in individual service agreements executed between Dental Billing Assist and each client practice.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate patient information, maintaining appropriate practice management software access, and ensuring the accuracy of treatment documentation. Dental Billing Assist is not responsible for claim denials resulting from inaccurate clinical documentation or patient information provided by the client.
Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation fees or early termination penalties. Upon cancellation, Dental Billing Assist will complete processing of any claims already in progress and provide a final accounting of all pending claims and collections.
Confidentiality and HIPAA
Dental Billing Assist maintains strict confidentiality of all client and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is executed with each client prior to the commencement of services.
Limitation of Liability
Dental Billing Assist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event.
